Minot Clinic

Bismarck Clinic
The MyChart (Epic) system provides continuity of care for UND CFM patients as they transition between community specialists. MyChart makes it easier to view your test results and connect with your provider outside of the office. MyChart can also be used for online appointment scheduling.
